I am no puritan but do we really need yet another TV advert for a gambling site. Remember the fuss when the then labour government wanted to introduce supercasinos in every city. The plan was eventually ditched because of objections based on the danger of promoting gambling. We now have a large number of heavily advertised online gambling and bingo websites - a casino in every bedroom - attracting I suspect a far bigger number of punters than 'flesh and blood' city casinos would have. These adverts combined with those for the ever increasing number of payday loan companies reflect the depressing state of affairs the country  finds itself in today - or am I just being a tight a***d do gooder?
